Data Storage & Integrity EZI PIX PHOTOGRAPHY tries hard to prevent loss of pictures or other data, however the unforseen does happen. We can make no guarantee regarding the backup, loss or alteration of data; we take care but can give no assurance that pictures or any other material will be preserved, stored or maintained for any period either online or offline.
There are many reasons you should never use EZI PIX PHOTOGRAPHY as primary storage for your pictures. Here are two; 1) All pictures uploaded to EZI PIX PHOTOGRAPHY are processed by us to reduce the file size. This means your original files simply may not exist on our server. 2) Internet servers are susceptible to loss of data by many means: hacker attack, virus, mechanical failure, theft, fire...
Membership Persons wishing to become paid Members of EZI PIX PHOTOGRAPHY must pay any applicable joining or other fees. Membership is offered at the discretion of EZI PIX PHOTOGRAPHY. EZI PIX PHOTOGRAPHY has the right to accept or reject any application for Membership.
Membership of EZI PIX PHOTOGRAPHY is on a monthly, quarterly or yearly basis. Successful payment of membership fees entitles members access to EZI PIX PHOTOGRAPHY Gold Members Area for a period of one month, quarter or year respectively. Any orders placed by customers will be filled by EZI PIX PHOTOGRAPHY or their processing labs. Any monies due to photographers will only be paid if the photographer is a current member at the time of the order being placed. EZI PIX PHOTOGRAPHY does not offer refunds for memberships paid. Paid members can cancel membership at any time by using the Cancel Membership link, and no membership payment or part thereof will be refunded for payments already made.
Memberships may be offered from time to time at a discounted period of time at the discretion of EZI PIX PHOTOGRAPHY for promotional purposes
Members Payments
Members will be paid for the sale of any images, prints or other products which may be listed from time to time, into their PayPal account. This will be calculated at the end of every calendar month and paid within 7 days where possible. It is our aim to pay you as soon as possible, however; we will not be held responsible for any late payments due to technical difficulties which may arise including but not limited to; PayPal disconnections, computer downtime, hacker attack, virus, mechanical failure, theft, fire.
EZI PIX PHOTOGRAPHY will deduct any percentage commission form these sales as set out on the website and at the discretion of EZI PIX PHOTOGRAPHY. This may include, but is not limited to, percentages donated to any charity that EZI PIX PHOTOGRAPHY chooses. We aim to keep our commission very reasonable to encourage greater sales through lower prices and higher members profit, however we must take into account our charities and costs.
Content EZI PIX PHOTOGRAPHY cannot be held responsible for outdated, offensive or in any other way incorrect content or broken links on any third party sites linked to or from the EZI PIX PHOTOGRAPHY site. EZI PIX PHOTOGRAPHY has no obligation to monitor any content posted by users. EZI PIX PHOTOGRAPHY is not responsible for any damage that may occur to your software or hardware (such as your computer) from downloading assets from this site. All software provided by third parties is the responsibility of the third party and any complaints regarding the product or service in question should NOT be directed to the EZI PIX PHOTOGRAPHY.

When uploading an image on the EZI PIX PHOTOGRAPHY website, members will be given a choice of three ways to use the image:
Not for Sale – Your image will be available in your own portfolio and on the public gallery only
For Sale as Download -
Royalty Free - these images can be sold over and over (unlimited)
Copyright - these images are only sold once and will then disappear from the Image shop, shopping cart, gallery and your portfolio. YOU CANNOT HAVE PRE-SOLD THIS IMAGE AND YOU CANNOT RE-SELL THIS IMAGE ON THIS WEBSITE OR THROUGH ANY OTHER MEANS. You hand over all rights to this image to the buyer (though you will always be the author) and will be asked to digitally sign copyright over to the new owner and you are bound by this upon Ezi Pix receiving payment by the customer on your behalf.
For Sale as Print – Your print will be listed for sale and upon receiving payment, EZI PIX PHOTOGRAPHY will assign the processing and delivery of the print to our chosen professional processing lab for delivery to the customer in a reasonable time frame.
Customers
Customers who purchase an image or print from the EZI PIX PHOTOGRAPHY website will be purchasing from the photographer, using EZI PIX PHOTOGRAPHY as the host only. EZI PIX PHOTOGRAPHY will display the images, prices and other details and also collect the money on behalf of the photographer, but will not be held responsible in any way for damages that may occur through the use of this site or the use of any materials downloaded from this site or the purchase of any images, prints or other products from this site. The use of this site by visitors and members is entirely at the visitor or members own risk. Customers should check the size of the images they are purchasing to ensure that they are adequete for their needs. If uncertain they should cunsult their own processing lab or graphic designer.
Software You may not distribute, sell, or transmit the software and you are not permitted to alter, modify or adapt the software, including but not limited to translating, decompiling, reverse engineering, disassembling, or creating derivative works of it, unless it is expressly permitted to do so.
Connections No responsibility can be accepted for viewers unable to access the site or parts thereof due to technical fault, Internet connection problems or other unforeseen circumstances.
